Bought this for multi-flight trip from Stops to various European details and back again in June/July. The odd work really works wonderfully: you pull the cords a turn once you receive it about your neck, and adjust equally “side pillow” if you tend to drift to one side, or beneath your neck if you’re a “nose falling forward” person. Super-soft, packs down to zippo and weighs less than that. This pillow means I’ll no longer have that abominable strong neck (and I’m also loads less likely to snore in a wholly unladylike fashion!).the inflation valve is designed thus it’s a short tough to blow up firmly (if you similar QUITE House as I do) — positioned fair deep into the pillow, and it is big in diam (covering it with your mouth to inflate is a small tricky). The black rubber flip cross also was loose on mine (as in not attached) – I don’t know if it’s supposed to be similar that or if mine was flawed, merely it was annoying to proceed cross of (you want to track the valve thus you don’t accidentally press it and DEFLATE this otherwise tremendous pillow!)Don’t understand the individual who pronounced the neck part didn’t touch Bucky Gusto Inflatable Travel Pillow back of seat – that it was too flat. I was on a multitude of different planes with diverse seat styles, and never erst had this issue.
